Our Session 1 of the Leadership Integrity Training (LIT2) will focus on laying the foundation for understanding and embodying integrity as a core value of Wilcon. Participants will explore the concept of integrity, defining it in both personal and professional contexts, with an emphasis on aligning their leadership roles with the principle of "Dapat Totoo." Through discussions on key theoretical approaches and practical examples, this session aims to raise awareness about integrity standards and guide participants in recognizing the importance of upholding these values as leaders.

Session 2 of the Leadership Integrity Training (LIT2) delves on "Integrity Towards Purpose," exploring how Wilcon's Vision, Mission, Values, and 5 P's (Planet/Public, People, Product & Patron, and Profit) align with ethical leadership. Participants will learn to uphold integrity in key areas such as environmental responsibility, employee and customer relations, and operational processes, ensuring their actions reflect Wilcon’s core values while driving business success.
